We’ve worked in the field of education for more than fifteen years. Collectively, we have served as teachers, in the administrative field, and successfully designed an academic turnaround program.
Partnership
We work diligently with school leaders, teachers, and parents while volunteering in the community to help improve educational experiences for all students.
Consulting
We have served as an Educational Planning & Development Consultants supporting over 200 charter schools across the state of North Carolina.
Project Management
As project managers for Charter School Renewals, we served as specialists providing comprehensive Renewal reports for the North Carolina State Board of Education. Additionally, we are certified Comprehensive Needs Assessment evaluators who worked in collaboration with the District and Regional Support Department of the Department of Public Instruction to review district schools across North Carolina.
Advocate
Among other things, we enjoy serving as advocates for schools by seeking new opportunities for students in the charter network through programs and scholarships. In a similar fashion, we’ve spearheaded collaboration cohorts within the NC charter school network.
